The kitchen utensils were satisfactory and the spacious layout added a comfortable feeling to the room.
Housekeeping fell short, with inadequate replenishment of toiletries and towels. We had to warm water on the stove due to inconsistent hot water supply. The noise from the elevator and the mosque outside disrupted sleep, making relaxation difficult during our stay.

Well, the only bright side was the interactions with the cleaning staff, they were really trying to help, doing their best under the circumstances

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Al Qusais Metro station and a large shopping mall nearby. The apartment is well-equipped with a cozy kitchen, allowing for easy meal preparations. The staff provides exceptional service and are very accommodating to business travelers like myself.
Limited dining options at the hotel can be a drawback for longer stays.

The studio apartment offered great amenities and a very comfortable king-size bed with quality bed linen. The location was peaceful and safe, with nice restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Staff were exceptional, particularly the concierge who was always ready to assist. However, dining options were limited on-site, and parking could be tight during peak hours. It’s an excellent choice for a quiet family getaway, but not ideal for those seeking the lively city center.

Super comfy stay! 🎉
We stayed 3 nights in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was super spacious! The kitchen was handy, but it was a bit far from attractions, which made outings a hassle. Plus, they had a snack bar which was chill. We didn’t get enough towels for three people, though, which was kinda annoying.
